The diploma is taught at Arniston House, a magnificent Palladian-style mansion located near Gorebridge. Transport is provided to and from central Edinburgh (Motel One-Royal is the pickup point, very close to Waverley station). The course includes breakfast, a two-course lunch and snacks (all dietary requirements considered). Two modules (Overview of the Production Process of Scotch Whisky and the Multi-Sensory Experience) are delivered as pre-reading material which you’ll receive electronically upon purchase. These modules are not assessed, although we’d strongly recommend setting aside some time to study the material in advance in order to gain the most from the course.
